Yes. At least one of them is very undervalued. Talkie has about a 5% stake in RNI; at the price he paid for the bulk of his RNI shares, RNI would have a higher market cap than MLX. At current prices, RNI is trading at about 1/3 to 1/6 of the valuation placed on it by BOE research, and about 1/3 of its value 6 months ago, despite gold rocketing up since then. As an aside, there are many who believe DeGrussa is not an isolated deposit .. and that it's just a question of time until another VHMS deposit is found in the Bryah Basin.

Your response is somewhat superficial and frivolous; it is also so general as to be meaningless: every asset (whether on the market or otherwise) is open to offers; even your house. As I noted, RNI is not for sale: it is not on the market. If you want a position, the ASX is your friend. Your suggestion that a takeover offer CAN be made (whether hostile or otherwise) for any listed entity does not change the fact that the company itself is not for sale. If you know a little about the Top 20 holding of RNI, it would soon be apparent that any takeover offer could easily be blocked by any number of individuals, and at current price levels be viewed as opportunistic and almost certainly hostile. That effectively rules out schemes of arrangements. Then a 90% threshold is required to achieve compulsory acquisition ... based on the Top 20, that just isn't going to happen at price points that MLX could afford.
