One point which has been forgotten is the foreign currency advantage A2 has had over the last 6 months.
I recall at the Feb H1 2022 results, mngt advised that they hedged half of their sales to a fixed NZUD conversion rate. It seems this would have been around a 66 to 68 cents avg at that time. Since then , the currency has dropped down to as low as 60 cents and probably averaged around 63 cents.
so, whilst A2 sells their products in USD, their major cost base is in NZ. So, as mentioned by other posters that the price of milk and other production costs have risen quite sharply, this has been offset by the currency advantage.
