Just took my son to the Orthodontist, the first payment was $1850 of which I got $1300 back from my health fund and I only paid $550. Just a note that the place was packed with parents and kids everywhere going in and out of 5 rooms and only 1 Orthodontist, another thing I noted when I was at the counter chatting was other parents paying; they were using plastic and the three payments I seen take place other than mine were all put through on credit . I know this as the receptonist asks what account to take the money from.
