If the Quad is truely serious they should unshackle LYC from any enviromental restictions here in Australia and USA lol. If USA and Australian governments allowed LYC to dump the waste into the ponds and pump it into aquifers LYC can have the processing plant built faster, larger and not worry about Malaysia.
