Schiff suffers from the same problem as most 'visionaries' ... timing ie he has been spot on about the material facts but the events have unfolded slower than he thought.
I think we have all experienced that on a micro scale ie purchase too early of a promising company.
Better to be a bit out with the timing than with the underlying facts
