In WA property prices have been smashed especially where I live (Kalgoorlie) how low can they go, people are listing at the old prices but actually recieving/accepting offers of 25% to 35% less. I'm currently renting(got out early luckily) but wouldn't mind buying back in to pick up what looks like real bargains any ideas?
