The latest two polls show a remarkable turnaround against the incumbent President-Prime Minister in the USA and Australia.... If the November elections in the USA were to be held tomorrow, John Kerry would have won easily against G.W Bush with 52%-44%. In Australia, the margin on the two parties prefered voting is even greater..... 55% for labor 45% for the Liberals!!! Latham's personal approval rating has gone to stratospheric hights (65%) if one were to compare it with that of Simon Crean (16%) only few months ago..... It appears, in Australia the main issues are not external (foreign policy). Health (medicare) and Education seem to predominate among Australian voters....
