It's a great read - in literary terms "The Hero's Journey".
You are a high achiever of that there can be no doubt. You outclass the incumbent directors and you're correct in saying that we, the shareholders, deserve better. I strongly believe that you have the ingenuity, skills and experience to navigate NXS through its many complexities and the ability to maximise shareholder value in the long term. Clearly, I'm a big fan and there are many others.
However, you do need to get a wriggle on and post details of exactly what your vision is for NXS, exactly what it is that you want shareholders to do at the AGM and explain why you suddenly resigned and why shareholders should believe that, if you were to be re-elected, you would not suddenly resign again.
