Not sure if that fits with the EGM request form being distributed by RC via his blog. It puts forward motions to remove the three Amigos as directors of the company.
If his AGM strategy is to have them not re-elected (and it is successful) then is there a need for an EGM with motions to remove them? ....isn't their tenure as directors already over?
Unless of course under a non-election scenario they do remain as directors for some residual period beyond the AGM ? Does anyone know if they would cease being directors immediately? Perhaps RC is suggesting under a non-re election at the AGM then their last days as directors can be accelerated via an EGM?
