Your comments are re-assuring. While you're in clarification mode, there's one thing in the Cottee blog that I didn't quite understand...

So, there won't be an EGM before the AGM and if Fowler and Arnett are re-elected at the AGM, there won't be an EGM after the AGM either....so why are we being invited to send in EGM notices again? Am I missing something? Or is it just a way of sending a message to the incumbents?
