I thought it was that the AGM is going to happen regardless and he will advise how we should vote. What the space.
So that the directors are not voted back in.
Then the EGM will occur after AGM to bring him back.
But if the AGM goes ahead and directors are re-elected, then basically it is all over for RC.
I think thats what is being said.
