Didn't ADO approach Ferghana when the share price was strong...

Didn't ADO approach Ferghana when the share price was strong giving the company more leverage to do big business? With the share price half what it was, I imagine Ferghana's aquisition prospects for ADO have reduced quite significantly.

Too many here are trying to sugar coat the delay with BBI. It's not good!
Profitability is further away than before, meaning less money month by month. It won't be easy getting any sort of takeover and where will they get the money for it if they do find an opportunity?
