Here is what I think is meant.
Mr Montgomery might have had ISD at the back of his mind which has been treated like ACX.
Just as ISD is growing its revenue and reinvesting in the business, so too is ACX. These reinvesting stocks are being shorted.
This is TEMPORARY. In the long run reinvesting is for the long term
Also ISD and ACX are both SaaS companies
