HappyCats is right, talk about living under a rock. Seriously.

So many holders here seem to living in la la land dancing with the oompa loompa.

Nobody has ever heard of Bleyer's companies in the finance world and whatever has come out now is all negative. Yet holders think they can raise billions of dollars for a subsidiary worth around $50m. Such tragedy.

Holders have no concept of history. These deals do not exist.

The Koreans are very difficult to deal with and would require extensive due diligence. They would not touch a deal like this and do not spend billions on a tiny speccy company.

Nobody in the world does. Not even David Jones could raise one billion in 100% equity.

Very few companies could take on such expansion of its share capital. Now holders say MWI can do it easily.

Seriously, just wake up. The truth hurts sometimes but that's life.

I reckon Gary Stokes got sucked in and now he cannot backtrack anymore. I reckon that initial 'funding secured' announcement will eventually bury PDY.
