That would be highly unusual to pay a dividend without it being a part of a year end or half year profit announcement.
But if NZOG is intending to pay a dividend at year end, and they want to get their options exercised, then I must say that would be a very considerable carrot to persuade option holders and possibly a very good idea. And it certainly looks like they are going to have the money to do so, yes sirree.
