Target $8.80 (was $9.00). Interim earnings were weak and while the outlook for the company is improving in the broker's view it still sees some risk to full year earnings guidance.
Earnings should rebound in FY11 as conditions improve and the company makes use of a stronger balance sheet and benefits from lower interest expenses.
The upcoming equity issue may offer an attractive entry point in the broker's view, though it retains its Hold rating.
Target price is $8.80 Current Price is $8.68 Difference: $0.12
If NUF meets the RBS Australia target it will return approximately 1% (excluding dividends, fees and charges).
