I can understand why they classify it as 'high risk', simply because it's dependent on one commodity. That being said, it's well positioned to wait out any low IO pricing due to it's debt free structure.
As for their valuations, they're always clueless. How the valuation can change from $3.40 to $2.70 shows how far off their IO pricing model is, as well as their understanding of the company.
