On the subject of getting facts right phishpheet...
Under subsection 5.1 of the Terms of the PA as outlined in the 2006 PDS, "A Holder may, by notice to the issuer, request that the Issuer realise all of the hybrids held by that holder if either (b) a takeover bid is made for Ordinary Shares, acceptance of which is recommended by Directors, or (c) the Directors recommend a scheme of arrangement of the Issuer where a person would obtain a relevant interest in greater than 50% of the ordinary shares".
So unless a hostile takeover is successful (the chances of which I would suggest is remote, PA holders can request $100 back in the event of a takeover regardless of what the new owners do.
