Delivering nutrients

When TPM is mixed it creates its own membrane wall forming its own mini cells known as liposomes. As these mini cells are formed they encapsulate selenium and beta-carotene to form Feed-Mate®.
Because TPM is in the integral form of the cell wall it means that it can amalgamate directly into the target cell wall.
When the liposomes amalgamate with a cell wall they drag the wrapped up selenium and beta-carotene through the cell wall, depositing these nutrients directly into the cell. This is known as passive transport. As these nutrients are delivered directly to the cell they skip having to go through active transport and so take out the inefficiencies and losses. This has shown an improvement of nutrient response by up to six times.
