The most interesting part about the Bell report for me was the comment about likely risks - especially the bit about losing agencies. I think we need to have a hard look at PGC's business in the west. If you look at the Western Biomedical website it lists both Bard and Carefusion as agencies - these are both now owned by Becton Dickinson and the word in WA health circles is that BD is going to roll both in under the BD banner. What does this mean for the forward estimates, or has this been factored in? If I recall correctly, Western Biomedical had revenues of over $30m when they were acquired. Are there any more that they could lose, especially as I understand some good people have already left the business in WA?
I'm holding at the moment but I am nervous about the medium-term.
