    Finally we have some actual plans. 5 warehouses + delivery duplication, 600 poultry SKUs…selling stuff at a loss, no ERP no centralised procuremenr

    What a bloody mess of an operation. Previous SP action was just hopes and dreams. If this bloke can’t turn it within 2 years there is no hope for it will means brands have SFA actual value as can’t create enough top line to make a buck.
