Not sure how did you know the buyer will drill up to 150 wells if none of us can confirm who the buyer is. Most likely the buyer themselves wouldn't know how many well they will or need to drill ........

As for the 'average' of 4.8% royalty, do you have the details on how the royalty will be devised and how it is being averaged? Otherwise, your whole calculation is flaw and nothing more that giving false valuation to the unsuspected in a public forum.

Btw the auction price record has got nothing to do with SSN.... SSN had a 'CLOSED BIDDING' and NOT via the State Department land auction.

Since there is no details of the SSN 'closed door' auction, who were the bidders, what were the bid prices, how they've selected the winning bidder, why they can't declared the buyer etc. etc., the mystery is certainly getting more and more intriguing.... and uncomfortable IMO.
