I will nominate 30% but could easily be less. It's being done under pressure, so I believe it will be a token gesture..
Further, the rhetoric at the MacQ presentation seemed to indicate they were looking hard, possibly even looking at that next asset and then combined with the notes issuance, getting the funds ready to go...JMO. I mean, who says..... no acquisition, at least not by the end of this year... (which is only six months away)
