Capita bought ParkingEye, SPZ's biggest competitor in the UK, for £57.5m at roughly 2x revenue in late 2013 (http://www.thebusinessdesk.com/northwest/news/532755-capita-drives-away-with-57m-parkingeye).

5 years on Capita just sold ParkingEye to a vehicle owned by Macquarie and funds advised by MML Capital Partners for £235m in cash, valued at just under 6x revenue (https://www.capita.com/news/news/2018/capita-announces-the-disposal-of-parkingeye/).

Applying the same valuation metric SPZ could be worth $235m or 65c a share, assuming $40m revenue in FY19.

The high of 55c that SPZ hit 3 months ago isn't crazy after all.
