As a shareholder you can ask Automic share registry for a copy of the share register.
You will have to pay anywhere between $40 for the top 200 list, to $250 for the full register.
Once you have this you can form a baseline.
Then get ask again next quarter, next week, or whenever and compare the 2 registers.
What you will find is if any smart money is leaving the company (larger holders).
Or if it's just a bunch of plebs throwing a few shares around the day trading floor.
Your rights to view the share register is seriously the most unknown apparently "secret" legal way to really peer into what the smart money is doing - exploit it.
