Has anybody checked out the latest Initial subst. holder.... UBS Nominees Pty Ltd and its related bodies corporate, became one on the 24 July.

Holding 32.345m shares, or 7.56% of issue.

Aust. branch holding a bit over 21m, UK branch holding a bit over 11m.

Here's the odd bit, the notice shows the shares purchased between 27 March and 23 July, with very few purchases in July.
The great bulk were purchased in April/May and at prices greater than 70C!!

We need somebody 'au fait' in this area to interpret the notice and tell us what's going on!
