The Minister seemed very determined to send them to BAPE, so I don’t think anything can be clearly determined from that. Looks as though the locals don’t want a big operation at Authier, but the BAPE allows them that option, so clearly a double edged sword for the locals from that perspective.
Importantly, they are satisfied with the science.
Glad SYA are about to start drilling in WA. Good time to announce that imo.
