Yes the celebrations are perhaps a bit premature, while it is great to have the local government/ council on board, it is the meeting with the Minister that matters, as they may yet force a BAPE, and yes as you mention it's great that they are happy with SYA's science at least.
Greta news on WA though and drilling to commence soon.
