Reading here in Ireland that Turkey has stopped issuing permits for live cattle imports but that existing permits can be filled. No idea if this is just for Ireland or every country. Ocean Shearer has completed 2 trips from Brazil to Turkey this financial year. Currently in Turkey.
Other ships being unable to operate from Jan onwards due to new specs should provide opportunities one would think.
