Well when I look at the June 24 top 20 I see that Blackmort (sounds like a lung disease doesn't it?) was holding 1,856,410 EXT shares.
In the July 6 top 20 I see that Blackmort hold zero EXT shares but Kalahari have increased their share holdings by ... wait for it ... 1,856,410 shares !!!
Either this is an incredible coincidence or KAH have been playing funny buggers and trying to hide behind nominees.
In any case they are still within the 40% agreement because the July top 20 says they are holding 39.95%
