Dr Leon Pretorius MSc PhD FAusIMM MAIG Leon is a geochemist with 37 years wide ranging international exploration and mining experience including 20 years in the uranium industry. Both his MSc and PhD degrees were completed on uranium research. Starting his career in the uranium industry with Rio Tinto at Rossing in 1971. For the past 8 years he has been involved with Paladin Energy, first as an Executive Director and now as a Director of its Namibian operating company Langer Heinrich Uranium. Since October 2005 he has been the Managing Director of Deep Yellow Ltd. Appointed 28 May 2008 representing Associate Members
