Having a shopfront so sometimes clueless customers can vent their spleen is a very costly exercise.

I assume it is the same in Oz - but does the average consumer have a clue as to the setup?
Note that after their set top box was cooked by a lightning strike it is still business as usual; it then became clear to me that their smart TV conversed directly with the STB via WiFi.
Triple-play is thus a potential wall banger; WiFi is another - getting the network to the house and having the consumer handle the far side of the plug is a neat and tidy business model.
