    This was my exact point, the network will be junk. Going in like this means they will always be known as the ugliest duck at the ball. If you ask me TPG isn't challenging TLS, it is trying to survive in the NBN age. It's probably going to be the one that gets gobbled up by one of it's peers when it realises you cant even give away crap coverage.
