no, what it means is if you try to end the service TPG won't stop billing you until port out, they claim they simply can't end the service and billing even if you notify them weeks before...what this means is if i port my number out within 7 days of the end of my billing cycle i will automatically be charged another month, so it's lose the last 7 days or pay for another month when in reality they should just be able to stop billing me once ive notified them that i plan to change providers and i should be able to use the service i have paid for up until the end of the month without them billing me for another month..TPG are scammers and others think so to, as you can see from the online forum post i made above def wont be returning, i will also be putting in a complaint to TIO for retuern of my '$20 deposit' that isnt really a deposit because there's no way to get it back, anyway its only small fry compared to what you guys have lost here, and where it's headed...? Competing on $10 phone plans sounds amaysim...i mean amazing
