I agree. It's not only shareholders that aren't being informed, but potential shareholders and investors. this is why this stock has so little interest at times like this.

If this stock is as undervalued and has as much potential as we all think, then you could argue that the reason that potential hasn't been priced in is due to the lack of information.

Just look at the eBio deal.. we had a deal announced, but we weren't told how much that deal was worth. or anything really. we had to wait for the quarterly to come out. by then the hype amongst potential investors had probably died down and many probably would never have gotten around to checking quarterly.
