Hi Acca.
Your question was asked, not long after the Cisco deal was made, and
at that time, the s/p needed to be about 95 cents, it would
be slightly lower now because of some options being exercised.
Market Cap is the only way for them to list on the Nasdaq.
As i said the day I sold out, I will be back in when some Genuine Positives
come to light.
