while Sundance, which is seeking $8.76 billion in damages, is advancing plans to start international arbitration against Congo.

I just came back to this stock to see whats going on and if ever will live again and i read this from another poster. so does the Congo even have Billions to pay out? I guess the board is still working on this while SH's have kind of given up as its been a decade now? Wonder if this will ever start up and with all that high quality ore just sitting there year after year...
