SDL has had this for well over a decade. Couldn't get a mine built, couldn't get a port built, couldnt get a railway built. couldn't raise the money with I.O. over $160/tonne!! Seriously that is not the fault of the Cameroonian government. We were snookered once we lost Talbot, Lewis et al. Hanlong was the death nell. Doesn't matter how much money we put into it, you've gotta agree the Cameroonians have been more than patient.
We've been strung along by the chineese for years, just waiting for the Governments patients to wain.
Well played China, sadly the only people to win out of any action by SDL will be the lawyers.
