Message : You advised shareholders to listen only to news you provided regarding the ongoing discussions. That was nearly 2 weeks ago, the deadline has been and gone and you provide no update. You need to improve communication with shareholders. We are hurting out here and your silence looks very much like incompetence from our position.

I would also suggest that if the communication approach is not meeting the needs of key stakeholders then the current approach is not appropriate.
It is merely a continuation of poor communication methods.
