I did some test search on how long arbitration takes I assume 12 to 18 months . Corrected me some one out there if I’m wrong . This is just what I think . It all depends on the complexity of the case . Last case I looked at with FM.TO it took nearly 12 months and it was a similar case China took a mine from First Quantum Minerals which is a Canadian company mining in South Africa , and they won the case .
