They are prepared to pay 18.5billion to develop the region, remember under this model they will run through an extended forest region and no doubt totally ruin the natural environment. SDL only required a third of this funding and complied with environmental legislation. Just who will benefit under this this deal you have to ask....and not to mention forcing the country into debt it wont be able to pay back....shameful...
The country wont go bankrupt in the traditionally sense of the word...they will simple loose their sovereignty which is far worse....
