d_ricardo, I wouldn't pay too much attention to Bell Potter reports. They used to value CUS at $0.30. Then the sp went down, then BP downgraded their valuation. The sp is now going up, and you can be sure their valuation will go up too.
You would hope that the share price move towards their valuation, but in fact this is the opposite.
And when things go really bad, like in the biotech sector, they change their valuation methodology which brought down their valuation by 30-40%.
And when it is not enough, they just take these stocks out of their portfolio, a day after having recommended a Buy on these same stocks ...
