Update - Progress of Port and Rail Project
As mentioned in our last update, which was uploaded to our website on Oct 17, 2022, some
of the Project Partners, along with a large Chinese Project Design Company, have been
liaising with ANS’s chairman Mr Ding for quite some time to put together the Feasibility
Study required to advance the Port and Rail project in Cameroon.
We are pleased to announce that the Company received confirmation that the Feasibility
Study has now been completed.


The Feasibility Study has been a significant and costly body of work which has been
undertaken by the Project Partners over the last 12 months or so.
The Project Partners are now progressing and formalising various project documents in
relation to the Port and Rail project in Cameroon.
The Project Partners include China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC)
which is a large-scale Chinese state-owned enterprise for project contracting, and China
Machinery Engineering Corporation (CMEC), which is a core subsidiary of the conglomerate
SINOMACH and is among the world’s top 500 companies.
