"A conditional binding confidential settlement agreement".......'which will bring and end to the ongoing dispute' ,roughly translated into normal lingo = 'Im not telling you, you cant ask, its a secret and you cant argue with the outcome which you wont know about...if you do the deals off'..... bearing in mind people, this is our money and as we are shareholders, our share in said company! we are being treated like idiots and a very pathetic level.
