If it is true that $1.25 is CF's average holding and there is in fact another genuine suitor, then CF will not want to lose the bid at sub $1.25 as this would imply a loss for them over the long term.
Does this then put us fairly above $1.25? :))
Other possibility is that we get 'double teamed' by CF and one of their mates, as IMHO has happened with BBG
