    use atlas iron' $40/ton operating cost as a good guide i reckon. they already have enough equipment - so their capital cost will be very low. THey can probably sell fines for USD$60/ton, so perhaps make $20 million per year. looks like a good idea. A better idea would be to farm it out for 50M, and get a royalty of $10/ton.
