The Cygnet report looks professional. The valuations are conservative. However, I have an issue with the lack of an important disclosure:
Cygnet's Associate Director of Corporate Finance is Mr Eric de Mori, who is also a non-executive Director of Alcyone.
This taints the integrity of the report, in my opinion. You should draw your own conclusions.
