The director who resigned did his job he was appointed for, to re-capitalise the company. He is a finance expert and his job is done. Now the need someone who can get the production up and running. The new one is an expert in that particular field.
Don't forget how AYN got its hand on the silver. Read all the news from the past 2 years. AYN acted like an investment company when taking over the busted company or better when that was converted into AYN.
Management and the directors did and do a great job. Flexible and having what's really needed in their focus.
