Petrovietnam always had the pre-emptive rights over the 15%...

Petrovietnam always had the pre-emptive rights over the 15% which PPP were trying to farmin. I wrote to the company a couple months ago to clarify the situation but they ignored my request for information.

PPP must have known they were on shakey ground after oil was found in the last drill.

I sold a 7 figure sum of shares based on this after it bacame clear that petrovietnam had pre-emptive rights.

Will Petrovietnam take the full 15%...... why not. They would be mad if they didn't. That would leave PPP with zip all on a fantastic block. Hope I'm wrong for holders sake.

Glad I sold out of PPP at 60c
