Yeah, they are two very different things. While both technically 'customers' for wbt, it's clear that the BOD refers to them in different ways.
I think the talk here of a second fab in the short term is unlikely,
Of course i would be very pleasantly surprised if it happened (anything is possible). When a second fab gets on board, it may well be for a different customer base and perhaps even different nodes? So, in that sense it could happen any time.
But i agree that Coby seems to be suggesting that that will not be occuring in the short term.
